Description

Shane & Jass, founders of Tomoka, traveled across to Ireland and met with Louise from JJ Corry. They had a very looooong whisky tasting to come up with the most perfect liquid to be put into our limited edition bottles. The concept is simple… bottle this liquid then put the remaining liquid into another cask for 9 months, bottle again and repeat one more time to create a trilogy that shows the journey through wood and what affect this has on whisky. Stay tuned for Chapters 2 and 3. Update 2025. The result, all beit late, went on to win Best Irish 12yr and under at the World Whisky awards. Unfortunately now, we have none left.
