JJ Corry Tomoka Chapter 2

We collaborated with JJ Corry to bring you a Gold award winning Spirit in 2023. This is the continuation from that, with the remaining liquid being placed into an Olorosso sherry cask for 9 months to show that first journey through wood.  The resulting liquid brings all those stewed fruits still but now more rounded and coated in wine gums. Bottled slightly lower at 48%, it’s still punchy without being intrusive on the palette. This liquid is now also 8 years old. Bring on the third chapter….we can’t wait.   Oh and did we mention the first Chapter just won Gold and Category winner Best Irish under 12years at the World Whisky awards. Boom!!
